I made the mistake of mentioning Voo Doo dolls the other day and then had to pull my limited knowledge out of my butt to explain to the boy what they were.

Last night, said boy crawled up into my lap and said, "Mom, let's talk about Yoo Doo dolls."

We took turns talking about Yoo Doo dolls and what they represent and how they work and now he wants to make one.

He doesn't want to make a human Voo Too doll (the name changes as we talk), but a bird Voo Too doll.
